Pricing
Our pricing is determined by the services we provide for each project. The price of each project is based on a variety of factors including:
Level of complexity
Complexity refers to the level of detail and number of elements that make up the image. More complicated works take more time and effort than simpler works, so the price is more.
Size of work
Larger works cost more than smaller works. For example, a full-page image to be published in a book or magazine will cost more than a half-page image.
Quantity
The number of images adds to the total cost of the project. We do provide a volume discount so the more images you need, the less expensive each image will be.
Usage rights
We provide rights specific to your needs. We offer different categories of usage rights:
Single use license - You can use the work for one purpose.
Multiple uses - You can use the work for multiple purposes.
Exclusivity - Only you can use the work.
Copyright - You own the copyright on the work. This allows you to modify or resell the work.
In all cases, we retain the right to display the work for our own self-promotion purposes.
Deadline
Time is a valuable commodity. We need a sufficient amount of time to do high quality work. If your project has a tight deadline and we need to rush we can do it, but it will cost more.
Extra revisions
Our Process includes up to six rounds of revisions. If more revisions are needed there will be additional fees. The need for extra revisions can be avoided with clear communication at each step.
Amount of research needed
Typically, the client gives us all the information we need so we can focus all of our efforts on the creative work. We are willing to search for information by reading through the literature at an additional cost.
