Young Living Essential Oils journal publication figures

YL logo

"It's rare to find a media team that can conceptualize and translate your vision into reality. Rick and Science Lab Studios did just that and produced an accurate and beautiful botanical illustration in a short window of time. They were a pleasure to work with."

What the client needed

Young Living Essential Oils is a company known for their outstanding plant-based products. These products are the result of industry-leading research. Young Living was in need of technically accurate illustrations of plant species, molecules, equipment, and processes to visually communicate their research in scientific journal publications.

What we did

We worked closely with Young Living Essential Oils to learn exactly what type of illustrations they needed to effectively communicate their research. We provided ideas about how to best visualize the concepts. Sketches were created and sent to the client for feedback. Many figures went through multiple rounds of revisions in order to create exactly what the client wanted.
